Tiki Fiol

Marta T. “Tiki” Fiol completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of
Central Florida. She was fortunate to have been persuaded to take some “behavior” classes
after completing her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from University of Central Florida to
obtain certification at the Bachelor’s level. She then went on to earn her Master’s of Science in
Applied Behavior Analysis at Florida institute of Technology.

She has been providing ABA with children / adults and their supports in various roles for over
20 years. Her experiences come from working in a variety of environments including home and
community-based, residential facilities, schools, day-cares and more. She has worked with
clients that display intensive dangerous and challenging behaviors, registered sex offenders,
and has assisted in medical and dental desensitization with clients to name a few.
Currently, Tiki is the President of Teaching Interventions Keeping Individuality, Inc., an
organization she founded in 2014, which provides behavior analysis services throughout
Brevard County, Florida and beyond. Tiki provides oversight / training for parents, certification
seekers, and interns at the undergraduate and graduate level to help develop strong, sound and
ethical practitioners, and has provided assistance as a Subject Matter Expert for a behavior
analysis credentialing organization. She is also a recognized ABA Expert Witness working with
both public and private entities including the State Attorney’s Office in the Central Florida
Region’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit.

Tiki is an active advocate in the local, state, and international ABA communities where she is
currently the Past-President of the Association, the Past-Vice-President, and Founding Member
for Association for Behavior Analysis of Brevard. She is a Past-President and the current
Secretary of the Florida Association for Behavior Analysis and is on the Board of Directors for
the Association for Professional Behavior Analysts, and international organization. In her free
time, she volunteers as a Baseball Coach with Merritt Island Little League, the Parent Teacher
Organization of her youngest child’s school, and is on the School Advisory Council for a local
Brevard County Elementary School. Any remaining free time is spent boating and fishing with
her wife and two boys.

Taylor Jahnke

18 years ago, Taylor started her career in Applied Behavior Analysis as a behavior therapist at Heart spring in Wichita, KS, and hasn’t looked back since. She received her undergrad from UCF (Go Knights) and her master’s from UWF (Go Argonauts) in 2020. Taylor has worked for TIKI Inc since 2017, beginning as an RBT and leveling up to BCBA in 2021.

Taylor is currently working for TIKI Inc as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and as the company’s Talent Acquisition and Coordination Trainer (TACT). She works directly with clients and caregivers in their homes, school, and the community, as well as provides parent training and RBT training and supervision. Taylor also scouts and recruits talent within the ABA community and assists in the on-boarding and training process for all new team members.

Kayla Hadley – Clinical Coordinator

Kayla Hadley

Kayla was first hired by Tiki Fiol while completing her Bachelors Degree in Psychology at the University of Central Florida in 2013. She started her career in Applied Behavior Analysis as a behavior assistant and immediately knew she had found her passion. She continued her education at Nova Southeastern University with an MS in Counseling with a concentration in ABA and graduated in 2019.

Kayla is currently working for TIKI Inc as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and as the company’s Lead Clinical Coordinator. She works directly with clients in their home, school, and in the community, as well as provides parent training and RBT training and supervision. Kayla provides mentorship to new BCBAs and students pursuing a career in ABA. Kayla is active within the community of Brevard, serving as the Fundraising and Marketing Coordinator of the Brevard Chapter for the Florida Association for Behavior Analysis from 2020-2024.

When Kayla is not busy in the world of ABA she is probably binge watching Netflix or reading a book with her fur babies, Izzy, Marvel, Charlie, and Lucy. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family – shout out to her niece Sophia and nephews Simon and Harry!
